We will always do our best to assist you, but, Nômie. does not hold responsibility for any packages that are lost or stolen in transit. You must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim on a missing package.

Shipping usually takes 10-20 business days to arrive from the United States to your country. However, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs. Nômie is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
Where is my order?
Tracking information is provided on every order. The tracking will state the day your order is estimated to be delivered and when it has been delivered. If for whatever reason your package does not reach you, please contact our customer support agents and provide your order number. We will contact the shipping carrier and try our best to help you locate your package. Please note, we are not responsible for the package once it leaves our warehouse.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can only do so if your order hasn’t been marked as fulfilled. If your order has been marked as fulfilled, you will not be able to cancel your order.
